Key Purpose of the Job (Position Summary)

To manage timely execution of design projects and ensure design quality exceeds client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Client management:

  • Build relationships with client (and various external stakeholders involved in the project)

Project Execution:

  • Prepare and review all architectural and interior design development
  • Prepare and review all presentation drawings
  • Prepare and review working drawings made using Auto CAD software, Photoshop, Google sketch up and 3D Max to ensure they comply with Domestic and International design standards
  • Prepare and review architectural, civil, structural and theme; Auto CAD details, sectional details, typical details and detailed shop drawing for construction
  • Review and direct the detailed calculations as per the drawings
  • Prepare, coordinate and review tender drawings and documents
  • Prepare and review bill of quantities (BOQs) and specifications
  • Coordinate between design team and execution team at site on all technical and commercial aspects of the project
  • Conduct site visits and site audits to ensure execution is as per the approved design
  • Conduct regular project reviews and monitor schedule adherence

Process Orientation:

  • Comply with all SoP for project documentation and review compliance from team members
  • Ensure submission of drawing register by team members on a monthly basis
  • Ensure execution of design project as per contractual terms and maintain claims for additional works
  • Ensure proper documentation in coordination with document controller at HO

People management:

Key Skills / Experience Required

Educational Qualification:

  • UG: B.Arch – Architecture (Required)
  • PG: M.Arch – Architecture (Preferred)

Additional Qualifications / certifications:

Prior experience:

To manage the profitability of site operations through timely completion of quality execution that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Safety:

  • Act as a role model for safety.

Client management:

  • Mobilize labour workforce through sub-contractors on time
  • Verify sub-contractor’s running bills and arrange for timely payment
  • Ensure sub-contract worker welfare at project site during execution

Contracts management:

  • Ensure work execution as per contractual terms and conditions
  • Identify, document, substantiate and seek approval from client for claims for additional work accomplished (beyond the contractual terms)
  • Ensure amendments to the contract, if any, are requested and received from the customer in time.
  • Obtain required licenses, permits or regulatory / legal compliances required for smooth execution at site

Project execution:

  • Execute the project according to the project plan and as per GFC drawings issued by design
  • Maintain documentation control and record keeping
  • Ensure design intentions are met in consultation with architect, engineers and other technical worker
  • Resolve all technical and commercial issues at site in coordination with design and production

Key Purpose of the Job (Position Summary)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Industrial Trainer to lead training and development initiatives across shop floor and site operations. The role will focus on enhancing workforce productivity, implementing SOPs and operational standards, promoting safety awareness, and developing technical and behavioral skills among employees.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in industries such as façade, construction, manufacturing, engineering, or related industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Development:

  • Conduct induction and technical training programs for shop floor workers, supervisors, and site teams.
  • Develop and implement structured training modules for operational processes and work standards.
  • Identify skill gaps and recommend training interventions for workforce improvement.
  • Organize refresher training sessions and periodic evaluations.

Safety Training & Awareness:

  • Conduct regular safety awareness sessions and toolbox talks.
  • Train employees on safe working practices, PPE usage, hazard identification, and emergency procedures.
  • Promote a strong safety culture across factory and site operations.
  • Coordinate with EHS/Safety teams for compliance-related training.

SOP & Process Implementation:

  • Ensure implementation and adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards.
  • Support departments in standardizing operational procedures.
  • Train teams on process improvements and best practices.
  • Monitor implementation effectiveness and recommend corrective actions where required.

Operational Efficiency Improvement:

  • Work closely with operations and production teams to improve productivity and reduce process deviations.
  • Assist in improving workforce discipline, efficiency, coordination, and work quality.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and site execution activities.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain training records, attendance, evaluation reports, and competency matrices.
  • Prepare monthly training reports and progress updates for management review.
  • Develop training manuals, presentations, checklists, and assessment tools.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Industrial Safety, Mechanical, Civil, Production, or related field.
  • Certification in Training & Development or Safety Training will be an added advantage.
Experience Required
  • Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in industrial training, operations training, or workforce development.
  • Experience in façade, construction, manufacturing, engineering, fabrication, or related industries preferred.
  • Strong understanding of shop floor operations, site execution processes, safety practices, and SOP implementation.

  • Carry out quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and material reconciliation for residential and finishing works.
  • Coordinate with project and accounts teams for submission, certification, and payment follow-ups.
  • Maintain measurement books, RA bills, and supporting documentation for audit and project records.
  • Track and analyze cost deviations, variations, and work progress to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Prepare monthly billing summaries, cost reports, and cash flow updates.
  • Verify subcontractor claims and work orders, ensuring adherence to contractual and company standards.
  • Support project control through timely reporting and coordination with QS and project teams.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project specifications in all billing activities.
Key Skills & Competencies

  • Comply with all SoP (Standard Operating Procedures) for project documentation.
  • Ensure timely submission of drawing register on a monthly basis.
